Catherine Mastronardi, serves as the President of the Springfield Federation of Paraprofessionals, representing Para-educators, Para-educators in Training, Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Health Assistants, Assistant Teachers, Occupational Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapy Assistants and Tutors across Springfield Public Schools. In this role, they focus on supporting student success in the classrooms and schools.

With 21 years of experience in education and 19 years in union leadership, Mastronardi brings deep expertise to the SPS community.
