The Transition Fair will be held May 18th, 2023 at Central High School in the Large Cafeteria.

The purpose of the Transition Fair is for students, families, and staff to know what services are out there. We are inviting age 14-22. We want to help students that are graduating from High School with post-secondary options such as college, financial assistance, and a job. We also have students on an I.E.P. or on 504 plans and we want to support them by connecting them with agencies regarding employment, day habilitations and other services depending on what the disability is so they can have a seamless and successful transition into Adulthood.

The Fair will connect students, families, and faculty to meet with State Agencies and Community Programs regarding:

•          Employment & Vocational Training

•          Day Programs & Community Living

•          Recreation & Leisure

•          Vocational & Career Services

•          Funding & Community Resources

We want to assist students to transition and know what resources are out in their community.
